To preserve traditions, promote community outreach, prepare young people for leadership roles, and to promote dignity, respect and responsibility to community.

Our Junior Leader Society Members -7th-11th Graders

Our members participate in etiquette classes, prepare for public speaking and interviews, participate in event planning, budgeting, community service, and are celebrated and recognized for their accomplishments and achievements at the end of the season with an elegant event, The ASJL Cotillion. Each member is introduced to the community and celebrated with awards and special gifts at our annual ball.

Our Future Junior Leaders -5th-6th Grade Cotillion

Our cotillion training is for 5th-6th grade boys and girls and allows students to learn basic etiquette, respect for others, dignity, social skills that will be used throughout a lifetime. We teach proper handshakes, introductions, polite conversations, table manners, social dance, thank you notes, RSVPs, telephone manners and more. We accept students February-July for the upcoming Holiday Cotillion Season which is held August-December. Please visit our Future Leaders page for details and schedules.
